PJD-510 standing seam panels: the zinc look with the simplicity of steel
Standing seam is the oldest metal roofing technique. PJD-510 is an industrialised version: 510 mm effective-width panels with a 25 mm seam that click together without folding tools. Pre-cut fixing holes allow direct screwing to the structure, and the bevelled panels make it easy to start the installation.
Four flashings
Flat, micro-ribbed, nano-ribbed or ribbed: the finish changes the look of the roof and the recommended maximum length, from 5 m for the flat panel to 9 m for the micro- and nano-ribbed versions. Minimum pitch is 9°, in 0.5 or 0.7 mm, with gloss polyester, coarse matt, PURMAT and PURLAK coatings.
From houses to modules
PJD-510 covers contemporary houses, extensions, living modules and architectural façades. For manufacturers, click assembly cuts installation time in the workshop; for merchants, it is a premium reference alongside trapezoidal metal sheets and metal roof tiles. Dedicated brackets allow PV panels to be fixed to the roof.
