Requests and quotations: we use the information to study your needs, analyse documents and configurations and reply to you. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling business requests when you represent a company, or on pre-contractual steps taken at your request when you are personally a party to the intended contract.

Follow-up in our CRM: requests and exchanges are recorded to organise the business relationship, on the basis of our legitimate interest.

B2B marketing: we may present MEPRODIS offers related to your professional activity, on the basis of our legitimate interest. You can object when your data is collected or at any time, free of charge. Every marketing e-mail includes a way to unsubscribe.

Security: technical data is processed to prevent abuse and protect the forms, in particular with Google reCAPTCHA, on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing the website.

Statistics: Google Analytics measures website traffic only after your consent.

Legal obligations and defence of rights: some data may be kept to comply with our legal obligations or to establish, exercise and defend our rights.

Data is accessible to authorised MEPRODIS staff and to service providers involved in hosting, communications, maintenance, security or statistics, within the limits of their tasks.

When studying a project requires consulting a manufacturer, supplier or technical partner, only the necessary elements are passed on, limiting personal data.

Drawings and documents are not published without your permission. Contact details collected on the website are not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Some of the services used involve processing in Ireland, within the European Economic Area, as well as transfers to the United States, in particular as part of Google services.

You can contact us for information about transfers and the applicable safeguards.

• Prospects, quotation requests and associated files: up to three years after collection or the last contact from the prospect. Files that are no longer needed are deleted earlier.
• Customers: for the duration of the business relationship; data used for marketing may then be kept for up to three years after it ends.
• Archiving: documents needed to comply with legal obligations or defend our rights are kept for the applicable periods, with restricted access. Accounting records are kept for ten years from the end of the financial year concerned.
• Objection to marketing: the minimum information needed to respect it is kept on a dedicated list for at least three years.
• Google Analytics: event and user data are set to be kept for two months. Some aggregated statistics may be kept longer.
• Cookie choice: your choice is remembered for six months unless you change it.

Under the conditions laid down by the regulations, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where the conditions are met, portability.

You can object to marketing at any time. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

We normally reply within one month. This period may be extended by two months where the complexity or number of requests justifies it; you will then be informed. Proof of identity is requested only if there is reasonable doubt about your identity.
